Ingredients
- 400 g pasta
- 300 g salmon fillet
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 200 ml cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp dill
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
- 2. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the salmon into cubes and sauté in a pan with oil. Add the onions and garlic and sauté briefly.
- 3. Stir in the cream and let it simmer briefly. Season with lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Combine the pasta with the sauce and serve.
