Ingredients
- 200 g rice (according to package instructions)
- 300 g chicken breast or meat, cut into small pieces
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 150 g broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, sliced or cut into sticks
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 spring onion (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the package.
- 2. Cut the chicken into small pieces and fry in a little sesame oil.
- 3. Then deglaze with teriyaki sauce.
- 4. Steam the broccoli and carrot briefly.
- 5. Arrange everything in a bowl, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and optionally garnish with spring onions.
