Ingredients
- 500 g Greek yogurt (10 % fat)
- 1 pinch salt
- handful red fruits
- 1 tsp crunchy muesli
- 1 tsp nut butter
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- a little lemon zest
Instructions
- 1. Set up a fine sieve with a clean kitchen towel or straining cloth and put the yogurt in it, then smooth it out.
- 2. Let the yogurt drain in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, optimally 1–2 hours.
- 3. The dry yogurt should now be thick and creamy – garnish it with red fruits and crunchy muesli and enjoy it.
