Ingredients
- 1 leek
- 1 small zucchini
- 2 small colorful bell peppers
- 6 eggs
- 40 ml milk
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 50 g grated cheese
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (top/bottom heat). Cut the spring onion, zucchini, and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Beat the eggs with milk, a pinch of salt, and optionally grated cheese until a smooth mixture forms.
- 3. Grease a baking dish with oil, add the vegetables, and pour the egg mixture over them. Bake the frittata for about 40 minutes until the eggs are set.
