🍽️ Bulette from the Airfryer: A recipe completely without fat!

Ingredients
- 500 g mixed ground meat (beef & pork)
- 1 piece soaked roll (in milk or water)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 piece egg
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Instructions
- 1. Soak a stale roll in water, squeeze it out well, and add it to a bowl together with the ground meat, onion, egg, breadcrumbs, mustard, salt, and pepper, then mix everything thoroughly.
- 2. Form equal-sized balls from the mixture and press them slightly flat to ensure even cooking.
- 3. Preheat the Airfryer to 180 °C. Place the balls in a single layer in the basket and cook for about 15–18 minutes. Turn them halfway through the time until they are golden brown on the outside and cooked through inside.
