Ingredients
- 200 g Mie noodles
- 250 g minced meat (mixed or beef)
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 spring onions
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- 1. Soak or cook the Mie noodles in hot water according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- 2. In a large pan or wok, brown the minced meat with a little oil until crumbly and nicely browned.
- 3. Slice the bell pepper and spring onions into strips, add them to the minced meat and sauté briefly. Then add the noodles and soy sauce, mix everything well and let it simmer for a short while.
