Ingredients
- 280 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 300 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 200–250 g fresh blueberries
- 10 ml oil for frying
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add milk and eggs and whisk everything into a smooth batter.
- 2. Gently rinse the blueberries, drain them, and carefully fold them into the pancake batter.
- 3. Heat a little butter or oil in a pan. Pour in a portion of the batter and cook until golden brown on both sides, until the pancake is cooked through and the blueberries are soft.
