🥗 Katsudon (Pork Cutlet Rice Bowl)

Ingredients
- 2 pork cutlet
- 100 g bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 4 EL soy sauce
- 1 onion
- 2 Portionen cooked rice
- 500 ml oil for frying
Instructions
- 1. Season pork cutlets and coat in bread crumbs.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlets until golden brown.
- 3. Slice onion into rings and sauté in a separate pan.
- 4. Beat eggs and pour over onions.
- 5. Place cutlets on the egg mixture and let it cook on medium heat.
- 6. Serve over cooked rice and enjoy.
