  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Wash the peppers, remove the stem and seeds. Place them in a baking dish.
  2. 2. Brown the mince in a pan over high heat. When brown, add the onion cubes and diced ham.
  3. 3. Stir in the tomato paste and deglaze with the red wine. Simmer the mixture for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Fill the pepper halves with the meat mixture. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. 5. Pour 50 ml of water into the baking dish. Bake the stuffed peppers for 40 minutes in the oven.
