🫑 Catalan Peppers with Meat Filling

Ingredients
- 4 Stück Red peppers (large)
- 400 g Beef mince
- 100 g Cooked ham (diced)
- 100 g Onion (finely diced)
- 20 g Tomato paste
- 30 g Grated Parmesan
- 50 ml Red wine (dry)
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Wash the peppers, remove the stem and seeds. Place them in a baking dish.
- 2. Brown the mince in a pan over high heat. When brown, add the onion cubes and diced ham.
- 3. Stir in the tomato paste and deglaze with the red wine. Simmer the mixture for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- 4. Fill the pepper halves with the meat mixture. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.
- 5. Pour 50 ml of water into the baking dish. Bake the stuffed peppers for 40 minutes in the oven.
