🍄 Catalan Beans with Roasted Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 400 g White kidney beans
- 300 g White button mushrooms
- 1 Stk. Onion
- 1 EL Tomato paste
- 100 ml Beef broth
- 1 TL Smoked paprika powder
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1/2 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Cut the onion and mushrooms into thin strips.
- 2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan.
- 3. Saute the onions until translucent, about 3 minutes.
- 4. Add the mushrooms and fry until golden brown.
- 5. Stir in the tomato paste and smoked paprika powder.
- 6. Add the drained beans and the broth.
- 7. Let the dish simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat.
- 8. Season with salt and serve.
