🍝 Cheese Noodles

Ingredients
- 300 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml milk
- 150 g grated cheese
- 1 onion
- 50 g butter
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour with eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- 2. Use a spaetzle maker to drop into boiling water.
- 3. Cook noodles for 3-4 minutes until they rise to the surface.
- 4. Drain noodles and mix with grated cheese.
- 5. Sauté onion in butter and pour over cheese noodles.
