🥗 Cheese Spaetzle

Ingredients
- 200 g Spaetzle flour
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml water
- 1 TL salt
- 1 onion
- 50 g butter
- 150 g Emmental cheese
- 2 TL parsley
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, eggs, water, and salt into a smooth dough.
- 2. Bring water to a boil in a large pot.
- 3. Use a spaetzle maker to drop dough into boiling water and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
- 4. Fry onion in butter until golden brown.
- 5. Mix spaetzle with onions and sprinkle with cheese.
- 6. Serve and garnish with parsley.
