🍝 Cheese Noodles

Ingredients
- 250 g Flour
- 3 Stück Eggs
- 100 ml Sparkling water
- 1 TL Salt
- 150 g Grated cheese (Emmental)
- 2 Stück Onions
- 50 g butter
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, eggs, water, and salt to create a batter.
- 2. Fry onions in butter until golden brown.
- 3. Drop spaetzle into boiling salted water and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- 4. Strain spaetzle and mix with cheese.
- 5. Plate the cheese noodles and top with onions.
- 6. Serve and enjoy.
