🍲 Cheese Leek Soup

Ingredients
- 2 Stück leeks
- 200 g potatoes
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 100 g cream cheese
- 50 g grated cheese
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Chop leeks and potatoes.
- 2. Sauté in a pot lightly.
- 3. Add vegetable broth and let it simmer.
- 4. Stir in cream cheese until melted.
- 5. Top with grated cheese and serve.
