🥗 Cheese and Leek Casserole

Ingredients
- 200 g leek
- 300 g potatoes
- 150 g grated cheese
- 200 ml cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 Prise salt
- 1 Prise pepper
Instructions
- 1. Clean and slice the leek.
- 2. Peel and dice the potatoes.
- 3. Boil the potatoes in salted water until soft, then drain.
- 4. Sauté the leek in a frying pan with a little oil.
- 5. In a bowl, mix cream, eggs, salt, and pepper.
- 6. Layer potatoes, leek, and cheese in a casserole dish, then pour the egg mixture over it.
- 7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
