🍲 Potato Soup with Leeks

Ingredients
- 300 g potatoes
- 1 leek
- 1 onion
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 100 ml cream
- 1 EL oil
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel and dice the potatoes.
- 2. Slice leek and onion into rings.
- 3. Heat oil in a pot, sauté onion.
- 4. Add leek and sauté for a short time.
- 5. Add potatoes and broth, bring to a boil, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 6. Purée the soup, stir in cream, and season with salt and pepper.
