  1. 1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized cubes. Cut the chicken fillet into equal cubes. Dice the onion finely.
  2. 2. Heat the olive oil in a pot. Fry the chicken cubes until browned for four minutes until browned on all sides. Remove the meat from the pot.
  3. 3. Put the onion in the pot and sauté it for two minutes until translucent. Add the potato cubes and stir in the paprika powder. Fry everything for one minute.
  4. 4. Add the chopped tomatoes and vegetable broth to the pot. Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes until the potatoes are soft.
  5. 5. Return the chicken meat to the pot. Let everything simmer together for three minutes. Season with salt and serve the dish warm.
