🍲 Quick Potato and Chicken Stew

Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken breast fillet
- 500 g Potatoes (waxy)
- 1 Stk. Onion
- 400 g Canned tomatoes (peeled)
- 10 g Paprika powder (sweet)
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 15 ml Olive oil
- 5 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized cubes. Cut the chicken fillet into equal cubes. Dice the onion finely.
- 2. Heat the olive oil in a pot. Fry the chicken cubes until browned for four minutes until browned on all sides. Remove the meat from the pot.
- 3. Put the onion in the pot and sauté it for two minutes until translucent. Add the potato cubes and stir in the paprika powder. Fry everything for one minute.
- 4. Add the chopped tomatoes and vegetable broth to the pot. Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes until the potatoes are soft.
- 5. Return the chicken meat to the pot. Let everything simmer together for three minutes. Season with salt and serve the dish warm.
