  2. 2. In a bowl, mix rye flour, wheat flour, and salt. Add butter and process into a crumbly dough.
  3. 3. Gradually add water and knead into a smooth dough. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Roll the dough thinly and cut into round pieces. Place a spoonful of rice filling on each piece.
  5. 5. Fold the edges of the pastries and place on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve warm, optionally with butter or eggs.
