Ingredients
- 200g Rye flour
- 100g Wheat flour
- 1 TL Salt
- 50g butter
- 200ml Water
- 100g Rice
- 200ml Milk
- 1 Egg
- nach Geschmack Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice according to package instructions and let cool.
- 2. In a bowl, mix rye flour, wheat flour, and salt. Add butter and process into a crumbly dough.
- 3. Gradually add water and knead into a smooth dough. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- 4. Roll the dough thinly and cut into round pieces. Place a spoonful of rice filling on each piece.
- 5. Fold the edges of the pastries and place on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes.
- 6. Serve warm, optionally with butter or eggs.
