Ingredients
- 500g Beef shank
- 2L Water
- 4 EL Peanut butter
- 2 Eggplants
- 150g Bok choy
- 1 Banana hearts
- 2 Siling haba
- 1 Onion
Instructions
- 1. Bring the beef in a large pot with water and onion to a boil.
- 2. Let it simmer for 30 minutes until tender.
- 3. Add peanut butter and mix well.
- 4. Add eggplants and bok choy and cook for another 10 minutes.
- 5. Add banana hearts and chili. Serve hot.
