🍰 Caramel Pudding

Ingredients
- 500 ml Milk
- 100 g Sugar
- 3 Egg yolk
- 1 TL Vanilla extract
- 10 g butter
Instructions
- 1. Caramelize sugar in a saucepan.
- 2. Add milk and vanilla extract.
- 3. Whisk egg yolks and stir into the hot mixture.
- 4. Fill into molds and steam in a water bath for about 15 minutes.
- 5. Let cool and invert.
