🍲 Cold Tomato Peanut Soup

Ingredients
- 800 g Canned tomatoes (peeled)
- 50 g Roasted peanut butter
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 mittelgroß Cucumber
- 1 Prise Chili flakes
- 300 ml Almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 EL Honey
Instructions
- 1. Cut the cucumber into rough chunks.
- 2. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
- 3. Place all ingredients into a powerful blender.
- 4. Blend the mixture on high speed for 60 seconds until completely smooth.
- 5. Taste the soup and add more salt or honey if necessary.
- 6. Chill the soup in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
