🍛 Jungle Vegetable Curry

Ingredients
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 3 EL Jungle curry paste
- 150 g Broccoli (in florets)
- 100 g Carrots (sliced)
- 1 Bell pepper (diced)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 2 Zehen Garlic (chopped)
- 1 EL Sugar
- 2 EL Fish sauce
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion and garlic in a pot.
- 2. Add jungle curry paste and sauté for 2 minutes.
- 3. Stir in coconut milk and bring to a boil.
- 4. Add vegetables and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- 5. Add sugar and fish sauce and mix well.
- 6. Serve hot.
