Ingredients
- 4 Potatoes
- 1 Onion
- 3 Eggs
- 100 g Flour
- 200 ml Milk
- 3 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel and grate potatoes.
- 2. Finely chop onion.
- 3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- 4. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- 5. Place the potato mixture in the dish and flatten.
- 6. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
