🍖 Joojeh Kebab (Saffron Chicken Kebab)

Ingredients
- 400g chicken breast
- 2 onion
- 150g yogurt
- 1g saffron
- 3EL lemon juice
- 2EL olive oil
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut chicken into pieces and place in a bowl.
- 2. Grate onions and mix with yogurt, saffron, and lemon juice.
- 3. Pour marinade over chicken and let sit in fridge for 2 hours.
- 4. Thread chicken onto skewers.
- 5. Grill over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
- 6. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
