🥗 Jollof Rice

Ingredients
- 200g Long-grain rice
- 2 EL Tomato paste
- 1 Onion
- 1 Bell pepper
- 500ml Chicken broth
- 3 EL Vegetable oil
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- nach Geschmack Spices (Thyme, Paprika, Pepper)
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion and garlic in vegetable oil.
- 2. Add bell pepper and tomato paste, cook for 5 minutes.
- 3. Add rice, pour in broth, and bring to boil.
- 4. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 5. Season with spices and serve.
