Ingredients
- 200 g Rice
- 400 g Tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 3 Zehen Garlic
- 400 ml Vegetable Broth
- 2 EL Vegetable Oil
- nach Geschmack (Paprika, Cayennepeffer) Spices
Instructions
- 1. Chop onion, garlic, and bell pepper.
- 2. Heat oil in a pot and sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper.
- 3. Add tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 4. Add rice and pour in broth.
- 5. Add spices and cook on low for 20 minutes.
- 6. Let it rest for 5 minutes after cooking and serve.
