  2. 2. Marinate the chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, mint, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Fry the chicken in the pan with some oil for 8 minutes until cooked through.
  4. 4. Add the peppers and onion and fry everything for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve the dish hot, ideally garnished with some fresh parsley.
