🍗 Yogurt Chicken with Pepper Strips

Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken breast fillet
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- 2 Stück Bell peppers (mixed colors)
- 1 Stück Onion
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 EL Lemon juice
- 1 TL Dried mint
- 1 Prise Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken fillet into bite-sized cubes and the peppers into strips.
- 2. Marinate the chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, mint, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Fry the chicken in the pan with some oil for 8 minutes until cooked through.
- 4. Add the peppers and onion and fry everything for another 5 minutes.
- 5. Serve the dish hot, ideally garnished with some fresh parsley.
