🍖 Jeyuk Bokkeum (Spicy Stir-fried Pork)

Ingredients
- 300g Pork (thinly sliced)
- 2 EL Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 EL Soy sauce
- 2 Zehen Garlic (minced)
- 1 EL Ginger (grated)
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- 1 Carrots (julienned)
- 200g Prepared rice noodles
Instructions
- 1. Marinate the pork with gochujang, soy sauce, garlic and ginger.
- 2. Stir-fry onion and carrot in a hot pan.
- 3. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry.
- 4. Add prepared rice noodles and mix well.
- 5. Garnish with spring onions if desired.
- 6. Serve and enjoy!
