🍲 Japanese Tofu Soup

Ingredients
- 200g tofu
- 500ml vegetable broth
- 2 scallions
- 100g shiitake mushrooms
- 2 EL soy sauce
- 1 EL sesame oil
Instructions
- 1. Cut tofu into cubes and prepare shiitake mushrooms.
- 2. Heat vegetable broth in a pot.
- 3. Add shiitake mushrooms and tofu to the broth.
- 4. Add soy sauce and sesame oil.
- 5. Let simmer briefly, then sprinkle with scallions.
- 6. Serve soup.
