Ingredients
- 500g chicken
- 3 EL jerk seasoning
- 2 EL lime juice
- 2 Zehen garlic
- 1 Stück ginger
- 2 EL oil
Instructions
- 1. Marinate chicken with jerk seasoning, lime juice, crushed garlic, and grated ginger.
- 2. Chill the marinated chicken for at least 2 hours.
- 3. Preheat grill and cook chicken over medium heat until fully cooked.
- 4. Brush the chicken with oil while grilling.
- 5. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- 6. Slice into portions and serve.
