🍛 Jamaican Curry Goat

Ingredients
- 500g goat meat
- 2 EL curry powder
- 1 onion
- 3 Zehen garlic
- 1 Stück ginger
- 1 bell pepper
- 200ml coconut milk
Instructions
- 1. Marinate goat meat with curry powder, onion, garlic, and ginger.
- 2. Chill the marinated meat for at least 1 hour.
- 3. In a large pot, brown the meat until golden.
- 4. Add bell pepper and sauté briefly.
- 5. Add coconut milk and simmer on low heat for 1.5 hours.
- 6. Serve with rice and enjoy.
