🍛 Jamaican Curry Chicken

Ingredients
- 500g chicken
- 2 EL curry powder
- 1 onion
- 2 Zehen garlic
- 1 kleines Stück ginger
- 200ml coconut milk
Instructions
- 1. Marinate chicken with curry powder, onion, garlic, and ginger.
- 2. Let the marinated chicken rest for about 30 minutes.
- 3. Brown chicken in a large pot until golden.
- 4. Add coconut milk, stir well and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
- 5. Serve hot with rice.
