🍰 Jamaican Ackee Pancakes

Ingredients
- 100g ackee
- 150g flour
- 200ml milk
- 1 TL baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 EL sugar
Instructions
- 1. Gently drain and mash ackee.
- 2. Mix flour, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl.
- 3. Add eggs and milk, mix well.
- 4. Fold in the mashed ackee.
- 5. Cook pancakes in a non-stick pan until golden brown.
- 6. Serve hot, optionally garnish with syrup.
