  1. 1. Cut the chicken breast fillet into bite-sized cubes. Season them with salt, pepper, and half of the oregano.
  2. 2. Wash the rice and cook it in the vegetable broth (dissolved bouillon) or water with the bouillon cube. Cook it al dente (approx. 12-15 minutes).
  3. 3. Cut the peppers into strips and the onion into fine cubes.
  4. 4. Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Fry the chicken cubes over medium heat for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  5. 5. Remove the chicken from the pan. Fry the onions and peppers in the same fat for 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Return the chicken to the pan. Add the remaining oregano and paprika powder and mix everything.
  7. 7. Distribute the cooked rice onto 4 plates. Place the chicken-vegetable mixture on top.
  8. 8. Serve the bowls warm. Optional: Garnish with fresh parsley.
