🥖 Italian Sausage Pepper Panini

Ingredients
- 2 Stück ciabatta rolls
- 2 Stück italian sausages
- 1 Stück bell pepper (red)
- 100 g mozzarella
- 10 g basil
- 1 EL olive oil
- 1 Prise salt
- 1 Prise black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Slice the ciabatta rolls lengthwise, but not all the way through. Spread the insides with part of the olive oil.
- 2. Slice the sausages and fry them in a pan until golden brown. Remove them from the pan.
- 3. Slice the bell pepper into strips and fry them in the same pan along with the sausages.
- 4. Place the mozzarella on one side of the roll, followed by the sausage and pepper mixture.
- 5. Sprinkle with fresh basil, salt, and pepper. Close the roll.
- 6. Fry the roll in a non-stick pan on both sides until crispy and golden brown, until the cheese melts.
