Ingredients
- 400g Lamb
- 300g Potatoes
- 150g Carrots
- 1 Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 500ml Beef broth
- 1 Zweig Thyme
Instructions
- 1. Cut lamb into cubes and brown them.
- 2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- 3. Add carrots and potatoes, stir.
- 4. Pour in beef broth and add thyme.
- 5. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low for 90 minutes.
- 6. Season with salt and pepper, serve.
