Ingredients
- 250g Wholemeal flour
- 1 TL Baking powder
- 300ml Buttermilk
- 1 TL Salt
- 30g butter
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- 2. Add buttermilk and melted butter.
- 3. Knead dough until smooth.
- 4. Place on baking sheet and score with a cross.
- 5. Bake at 200°C for about 30-40 minutes.
- 6. Let cool and serve.
