  1. 1. Place the gelatin leaves in a bowl of cold water for 5 minutes to soften.
  2. 2. Warm the cream with the sugar and vanilla extract in a saucepan briefly, but do not let it boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
  3. 3. Squeeze the water out of the gelatin and stir it into the warm cream until completely dissolved. Fill the mixture into 4 glass containers and place them in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  4. 4. Wash the berries and dry them. Distribute them evenly over the cold panna cotta portions.
