🍮 Instant Berry Panna Cotta

Ingredients
- 500 ml Cream (min. 30% fat)
- 60 g Sugar
- 10 g Gelatin (leaves)
- 1 Teelöffel Vanilla extract
- 200 g Mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 50 ml Water (cold)
Instructions
- 1. Place the gelatin leaves in a bowl of cold water for 5 minutes to soften.
- 2. Warm the cream with the sugar and vanilla extract in a saucepan briefly, but do not let it boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
- 3. Squeeze the water out of the gelatin and stir it into the warm cream until completely dissolved. Fill the mixture into 4 glass containers and place them in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
- 4. Wash the berries and dry them. Distribute them evenly over the cold panna cotta portions.
