🍣 Salmon Salad with Lemon and Basil

Ingredients
- 300 g Salmon fillet (raw or smoked)
- 150 g Baby arugula
- 1 Stk Lemon
- 20 g Fresh basil
- 30 ml Olive oil
- 3 g Sea salt
- 1 g Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the arugula under cold water and dry it carefully.
- 2. Cut the salmon into small, bite-sized cubes or strips.
- 3. Squeeze the lemon juice over the salmon and let it sit for 5 minutes to 'cook' (Carpaccio method).
- 4. Tear the basil leaves into fine ribbons.
- 5. Mix the arugula, salmon, and basil in a large bowl.
- 6. Drizzle with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
