Ingredients
- 200g Teff flour
- 400ml Water
- 5g Yeast
Instructions
- 1. Mix teff flour with water and yeast and let rest for 60 minutes.
- 2. Pour batter into a non-stick pan and spread thinly over low heat.
- 3. Cover the pan until bubbles form and injera is cooked through.
