Ingredients
- 250g Teff Flour
- 500ml Water
- 1 TL Yeast
- 1 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Mix teff flour, yeast, and salt.
- 2. Add water to the mixture and stir well.
- 3. Let the dough rest for 1-2 hours until bubbly.
- 4. Heat a non-stick pan, pour in injera, and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
