Ingredients
- 200 g teff flour
- 300 ml water
- 1/2 TL salt
- 1/2 TL yeast
Instructions
- 1. Mix teff flour, yeast, salt, and water in a bowl.
- 2. Cover the mixture and let it rest at room temperature for 24 hours.
- 3. Heat a skillet and pour a ladle of the mixture in.
- 4. Cover with a lid and cook for about 5 minutes until bubbles form.
- 5. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.
