Ingredients
- 200 g Chicken breast
- 1 Stück Carrots
- 1 Stück Potatoes
- 1 Stück Onion
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 2 EL Curry powder
- 500 ml Broth
- 1 Stück Apples
Instructions
- 1. Cut chicken and vegetables into small pieces.
- 2. Sauté onion and add the remaining ingredients.
- 3. Simmer for 40 minutes.
- 4. Season with salt.
- 5. Serve and enjoy.
