🥗 Indian Lentil Bowl with Curry Flavor

Ingredients
- 200 g Red Lentils
- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- 1 Stück Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 TL Turmeric
- 1 TL Garam masala
- 100 g Spinach
- 1 Bund Cilantro
- 1 EL Olive Oil
Instructions
- 1. Dice onion and garlic and sauté in a pot with olive oil.
- 2. Add red lentils, coconut milk, and spices, and let simmer.
- 3. Add spinach, simmer briefly, and garnish with cilantro.
- 4. Assemble the bowl: distribute lentil mixture into bowls.
