🍛 Indian Tofu Curry

Ingredients
- 300g tofu
- 200ml coconut milk
- 1 onion
- 2 Zehen garlic
- 2 EL curry powder
- 150g spinach
Instructions
- 1. Chop onion and garlic finely. Cut tofu into cubes.
- 2. Sauté onion and garlic in a pan.
- 3. Add tofu and sauté for 5 minutes.
- 4. Stir in curry powder, then add coconut milk and spinach.
- 5. Let simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
- 6. Serve the curry with rice.
