Ingredients
- 200 g Sushi Rice
- 240 ml Water
- 1 EL Rice Vinegar
- 1 EL Sugar
- 1/2 TL Salt
- 4 Stück Inari Tofu Pockets
- zum Servieren Sweet Soy Sauce
- 1 EL Roasted Sesame Seeds
- zum Garnieren Fresh Chives
Instructions
- 1. Wash and cook rice.
- 2. Let it cool and mix with vinegar, sugar, and salt.
- 3. Carefully open inari tofu pockets and fill with rice.
- 4. Sprinkle with roasted sesame and garnish with chives.
- 5. Serve with sweet soy sauce.
