  1. 1. Cut the potatoes into thin slices and arrange them on a baking tray, drizzle with oil and half of the spices, then bake for 35 minutes at 200 °C until golden and cooked through.
  2. 2. Dice the chicken breasts and place them in the marinade, letting them sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Fry the chicken in an oiled skillet for 10 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
  4. 4. Grate the halloumi into pieces, drizzle with oil, season with the remaining spices, and air fry for 10 minutes at 200 °C.
  5. 5. Once the potatoes are ready, top them with chicken, sprinkle with mozzarella, and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Prepare the sauce and spread it over the potatoes, then add halloumi, sauce, tomatoes, and onions, finishing with fresh parsley.
