🍽 Chicken & Halloumi Shawarma Potato Nachos

Ingredients
- 2 Stück chicken breast
- 30 g halloumi
- 5 mittelgroße potatoes
- 1 Paket shawarma kit
- 2 TL dried coriander
- 2 TL cumin
- 2 TL smoked paprika
- 2 TL garlic
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
- 30 g mozzarella
- 8 Stück tomatoes
- 1/2 Stück red onion
- nach Bedarf olive oil
- nach Bedarf lemon juice
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- 20 g grated cucumber
Instructions
- 1. Cut the potatoes into thin slices and arrange them on a baking tray, drizzle with oil and half of the spices, then bake for 35 minutes at 200 °C until golden and cooked through.
- 2. Dice the chicken breasts and place them in the marinade, letting them sit for at least 30 minutes.
- 3. Fry the chicken in an oiled skillet for 10 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
- 4. Grate the halloumi into pieces, drizzle with oil, season with the remaining spices, and air fry for 10 minutes at 200 °C.
- 5. Once the potatoes are ready, top them with chicken, sprinkle with mozzarella, and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
- 6. Prepare the sauce and spread it over the potatoes, then add halloumi, sauce, tomatoes, and onions, finishing with fresh parsley.
