  1. 1. Slice potatoes into thin rounds and arrange them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and half of the spice mix, then bake for 35 minutes at 200 degrees until golden.
  2. 2. Cut chicken into cubes and place in marinade. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Sauté chicken in an oiled skillet for 10 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
  4. 4. Grate the halloumi, drizzle with oil, mix in the remaining spices, and air fry for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
  5. 5. When the potatoes are ready, top with chicken and a sprinkle of mozzarella and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Make the sauce and layer the potatoes. Add halloumi, sauce, tomatoes, and onions, then finish with fresh parsley on top.
