🌯🥔 Shawarma Nachos with Chicken and Halloumi

Ingredients
- 2 Stück chicken breast
- 30 g halloumi
- 5 mittelgroß potatoes
- 1 Packung shawarma kit
- 2 TL dried coriander
- 2 TL cumin
- 2 TL smoked paprika
- 2 TL garlic powder
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
- 30 g mozzarella
- 8, klein tomatoes
- 1/2 Stück red onion
- nach Bedarf olive oil
- nach Bedarf lemon juice
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- 20 g grated cucumber
Instructions
- 1. Slice potatoes into thin rounds and arrange them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and half of the spice mix, then bake for 35 minutes at 200 degrees until golden.
- 2. Cut chicken into cubes and place in marinade. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 3. Sauté chicken in an oiled skillet for 10 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
- 4. Grate the halloumi, drizzle with oil, mix in the remaining spices, and air fry for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
- 5. When the potatoes are ready, top with chicken and a sprinkle of mozzarella and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
- 6. Make the sauce and layer the potatoes. Add halloumi, sauce, tomatoes, and onions, then finish with fresh parsley on top.
