🥗 Idli with Coconut Chutney

Ingredients
- 1 Tasse Rice
- 1/4 Tasse urad dal
- 1/2 Tasse Coconut
- 1 Green Chili
- 1 TL Ginger
- 1 TL Salt
- nach Bedarf Water
Instructions
- 1. Soak rice and urad dal for 4-5 hours.
- 2. Grind ingredients to a smooth batter and ferment overnight.
- 3. Steam the batter in idli molds for 10-12 minutes.
- 4. For chutney, blend coconut, green chili, ginger, and salt.
