- 200g Flour
- 300ml Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 50g Sugar
- 1 Prise Salt
- zum Braten Oil
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, milk, eggs, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- 2. Let the batter rest for at least 15 minutes.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and fry thin pancakes.
- 4. Fill pancakes with jam or other fillings of your choice.
